About KMM CPA Group
KMM CPA Group is an accounting firm with three practices. Klein Muskat handles personal tax, trusts, and estates; Klein Mirsky handles bookkeeping, payroll, and business tax; and Klein Real Estate works with property owners and investors. Each is a separate company with its own staff and its own client portal. They share clients, and they share a standard for the work.
Most of our clients need more than one of the three. The owner of a company also has a personal return and, eventually, an estate. A family trust owns a rental building. A real estate partnership needs its books closed before anyone can talk about depreciation. When three unrelated firms each hold a piece, the pieces do not add up.
Here, one practice handles each piece: Klein Muskat the individual, trust, and estate returns; Klein Mirsky the business books and returns; Klein Real Estate the property entities. When a client uses more than one, the practices work from the same file.
